| Neupro patches contain the active ingredient rotigotine, which is a type of medicine called a dopamine agonist. Rotigotine works by mimicking the activity of a substance in the brain called dopamine. Neupro patches should be stored in a refrigerator at 2 to 8°C (not in the freezer compartment).
